How did you meet?

We met in high school and we were both active members of our high school's FFA chapter. We crossed paths through FFA events, but it wasn’t until the summer of 2014 where we really got to know each other. We were the only two showing dairy cattle through the highschool's FFA chapter at the County Fair. The last day of the fair, Nick finally asked me on a date!


Where, when and how did he propose?

Nick proposed on July 2nd, 2021 in his dairy barn's milk house during nightly chores, while I was cleaning out the bulk tank. I was very surprised since I had no inkling of this. Nick knew 4th of July weekend was perfect timing since we would be able to celebrate with friends and family at our town's annual tractor pull! We were married in April 2022.

 

Tell us about your rings.

Both of our rings are from A.Jaffe. Nick's has a platinum band with a satin finish. My wedding set is in white gold with a round diamond. The engagement ring is a solitaire, and the wedding band has round diamonds.
