We met in Chicago back in 2017, on tinder (early adopters) and we hit it off immediately but our timing was off. We stayed friends on and off over the next five years and both knew we always wanted to give it one more try. In September 2022 we did and couldn't be happier.

Hoxton Hotel - Chicago, IL

We were supposed to be taking photos for a holiday card, but the rain cancelled those plans, so we spent the morning going to our favorite places in the city then stopped at the Hoxton Hotel for a quick coffee and it happened in a room off their main floor dining room. Eli threw a surprise engagement party at night for us so I attached the video of us walking in there. It was the best day ever!!! 


Tell us about your ring!

My ring is exactly what I wanted, an oval with a gold band, and hidden halo setting. Having grown up in De Pere, going with my family to shop at Rummeles, and babysitting all the Alpert kids, I was always hoping my ring would come from Rummeles and Eli made all my dreams come true!
