Tracy is a Graduate Gemologist of The Gemological Institute of America and holds the American Gem Society Registered Jeweler Title. Tracy is available at either our Green Bay or Fish Creek location (Seasonal May through October) and has been involved with Rummele’s since 1990.

David has been a member of the Rummele's Jewelers family since 2000 and has been in the jewelry industry for over 30 years. When David isn't at Rummele's Jewelers he is spending time with his family camping and playing the guitar for his friends and family. David's expansive knowledge in watches has grown through extensive training in many high end Swiss watch brands. He has attended watch trainings with Cartier, Rolex, Patek Philippe and Tag Heuer. For a better understanding of the manufacturing process, David spent a week in Geneva, Switzerland touring the movement, dial, case and bracelet factories of Patek Philippe.

Rummele’s Jewelers welcomed Amber into the jewelry industry in 2004. Amber earned an Associate’s degree in accounting from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2003. Her attention to detail, as well as her fabulous sense of fashion, has made her an extreme asset. While she may specialize in accounting and inventory control for both Rummele’s Jewelers locations she is also amazing on the sales floor. Amber has expanded her knowledge through the AGS Graduate Sales course, obtaining her CSA accreditation. She has received training in A. Jaffe, Marco Bicego, David Yurman, Tag Heuer, and many other designers. Amber multi-tasks not only at work but at home as well with her three children and dogs. Amber enjoys hiking, walking her dogs, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Andy joined the Rummele’s Jewelers family in 2001. When not hard at work at Rummele’s Jewelers you can find Andy walking his dog, biking, traveling or enjoying the outdoors. Andy is an integral part of the Rummele's sales and customer service team. Andy has been formally trained with designer jewelry lines including A. Jaffe, David Yurman, Hearts on Fire, Marco Bicego, Mikimoto, Natalie K., and Simon G. While with Rummele's Jewelers Andy has also taken extensive training with Cartier, Michelle Watch, Patek Philippe, Phillip Stein, Tag Heuer and Marco Bicego.
Chloe A. Sales Associate And Buyer
Chloe started working full time at Rummele’s Jewelers in May 2021 after graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts Business degree. Chloe is available at either our Green Bay location or Fish Creek location (Seasonal May through October). Her knowledge of jewelry and watches expands from online and in person training to attending jewelry/watch shows all around the World. In her free time, Chloe enjoys cooking, traveling, and attending Green Bay Packer football games.

Sara started at Rummele's Jewelers in 2020 after graduating from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with a Digital Marketing degree. She has expanded her knowledge of jewelry and sales through the AGS Graduate Sales Course. When not at work, Sara is outdoors caring for her reindeer herd and dairy cattle. Her absolute favorite time of year is during the holidays!
Maddie joined the Rummele’s Jewelers team at the beginning of 2024 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and a minor in Digital Media Studies and Design. She is currently taking online AGS courses to expand her knowledge of all thing’s jewelry. She is excited to learn about the jewelry world and make connections along the way. When Maddie is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family in Door County.
Zoe is currently enrolled at Arizona State University and is working towards her Bachelor of Arts Business degree. During her summer break you can find Zoe working in our Fish Creek, WI location (Seasonal May through October). Zoe has attended multiple designer jewelry shows in Scottsdale, Arizona. In her free time, Zoe likes to go shopping, and spend time with her friends and family.
Goldsmith
Michael M. joined the Rummele’s Jewelers family as head watchmaker and goldsmith in 1997. He began in the jewelry industry in 1970; he received his degree from Gem City College in 1980. Michael is a Master Goldsmith and a Certified Watchmaker. He has gone through intensive watch training with Rolex. Michael is a member of the American Watchmakers & Clockmakers Association. He specializes in watch making, jewelry repair and custom design. Michael spends his spare time with his family downhill skiing, gardening, fishing, camping and biking.
Tracy H. started with Rummele's of Appleton in April of 2003 has joined our Rummele's of Green Bay in March 2016. Tracy’s Jewelry career began after graduating from the Jewelry Repair and Fabrication program at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 1998. She specializes in jewelry repair, stone setting, engraving, pearl re-stringing and sales support. Tracy has acquired additional training at Stuller in Lafayette, LA, Stubies Consultants in Wisconsin before joining Rummele’s and has since attended several bench jewelers conferences to stay on top of new trends, re-fresh skills and learn new techniques. She has received training in A. Jaffe, Cartier, David Yurman, Rolex, Tag Heuer, Tacori, Philip Stein and many other designer brands. Tracy’s passion for knowledge, her enthusiasm and credibility has made her an invaluable Goldsmith to our team. Tracy volunteers and participates in area Breast Cancer Fundraising events.
Paul S. joined Rummele's in 2018 after graduating from the Swiss American Watchmakers Training Alliance (SAWTA) program at the Lititz Watch Technicum in Pennsylvania. Paul is a SAWTA certified and Rolex Trained Watchmaker. He specializes in watch repair and polishing. Outside of work, Paul enjoys traveling, reading, and cooking.
Kim began her jewelry career in 1988, joining Rummele's in 2020. With all her years of experience, she is proficient and creative in repairs, design and bringing clients' ideas to life in jewelry form. She has a passion to work with her clients to reimagine new pieces from heirloom & other jewelry they hold dear. There is nothing that brings her more pleasure than to see their joy when they see the outcome of the collaboration. Outside of work Kim loves to spend time with family & continues to be creative in cooking, baking, gardening and sewing. Sharing her creativity with many brings her joy.
